After the initial screening, all applicants must sign a document outlining a few straightforward obligations. The key takeaway is that any directory member who fails to contribute, refuses to correct mistakes, or consistently underperforms will be subject to removal. Customers can use our complaint form if a member isn’t holding up to their end of the bargain.
